Is this facewash suitable for oily and acne-prone skin?

How often should I use this facewash?
Twice daily — morning and night. Use with lukewarm water, massage gently for 30 seconds, then rinse. Consistent use gives the best results for oil control and clearer skin.

Is this facewash safe for sensitive skin?
